Website information
Descriptions on this site explain our approach and the kinds of workflows an engagement may involve. Examples, integration maps, and sample Blueprints are illustrations. They are not reports of client results or promises that every connection is available in every account.
Workflow Audit requests
The request form prepares a message for you to send by email or WhatsApp. Selecting a preferred time does not reserve a calendar slot. A conversation is scheduled when the time is confirmed by reply.
Scope and implementation
An engagement proceeds on the basis of an agreed Automation Blueprint and applicable written terms. The Blueprint identifies the tools, automations, responsibilities, deliverables, investment, and timeline. Website browsing or an initial enquiry does not create an implementation agreement.
The 60-day implementation describes the focused first engagement. Delivery depends on the agreed scope, timely access and inputs, approvals, and relevant platform capabilities. Any material dependency or change is addressed in the engagement.
Third-party tools and costs
Integrations depend on the access, permissions, plans, APIs, and policies of the tools involved. Required software subscriptions, messaging or AI usage, and other third-party costs are clarified when the implementation is scoped. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.
Appropriate use
Use the website and enquiry channels for genuine business enquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access, or submit information you do not have permission to share.
Content and ownership
Dialoghub’s brand assets and website content are provided to explain its services. Do not present them as your own or imply a partnership without permission. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables are addressed in the relevant engagement.

The site links to email, WhatsApp, and the existing Dialoghub client portal. These services operate separately and their availability and terms may change.
Updates
These website terms may be updated as the site develops. Project-specific written agreements govern the work agreed for an engagement.
