This notice describes how information is handled through the Dialoghub website and its Workflow Audit request journey. For questions, contact rohit@dialoghub.in.
Information you choose to share
The Workflow Audit form asks for your name, business name, primary process concern, preferred date and time, and time zone. The form prepares a request in your browser. It does not submit these details to a Dialoghub form database.
If you choose email or WhatsApp, the selected app opens with the request prepared. The message is sent only when you send it in that app. Your email address or phone number and any additional details you include are then shared through that service.
How your enquiry is used
Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry, coordinate a workflow conversation, understand the requested work, and prepare relevant next steps. A project may require additional information and separate arrangements agreed for that engagement.
Hosting and external services
This site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, and server logs, to deliver and protect the site. The hosting platform may also use access cookies when sign-in is required.
Email, WhatsApp, and the separate client portal operate under their own service terms and privacy practices. This website does not add advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, or marketing cookies. Site fonts and visual assets are served with the website.
Retention and requests
Enquiry correspondence may be retained while a request or engagement is active and where it is needed for business records. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent. We will consider the request in light of the records involved and applicable obligations.
Share only what is needed
Please do not include passwords, API keys, financial credentials, or sensitive customer records in an initial enquiry. If implementation requires access to systems or data, the scope and access arrangements are addressed separately.
